Our foundries can procude centrifugally cast (flanged)tubes to any desired size up to a maximum diameter of Ø 2000 mm and lengths of 3000 mm in all common alloys

Characteristics Corrosion and seawater resistant, high wear resistance and resistant to high surface loads. Higher mechanical values than with CuSn7Zn4Pb7 due to higher tin content and lower lead and zinc content. As a result, the dry running properties and machinability is less. Applications: bearings with high peripheral speeds, heavily loaded worms and gears, coupling parts and threaded sleeves
